Continuing from where we left off….
It was one thing to talk about sex, and a whole other thing to fully expect it to happen at the drop of a hat. Jonathan’s hungry gaze suggested he’d be ready and willing to take her on the table if she gave the green light.
She’d never been that girl. The kind that jumped into bed with a perfect stranger, despite whatever urges or inclinations she might have felt in favor of doing so. But maybe she could be that girl, or should be that girl. She wasn’t getting any younger, plus, he was really—like, really—hot. And it had been a long time since she’d been…serviced by such an attractive man.
Needing a shot of courage, she drained her mug and folded her arms on the table, but a disturbing pattern in the leaves caught her eye. Noooo, not a snake. Anything but a snake.

Boy oh boy, has this ever been a busy week for me, but man, it was fun, too! I played two double-headers (one in dodgeball and one in soccer) and my teams won three out of four games! Not too shabby! I really hope this next week zooms by because Friday = Gilmore Girls Revival! I cannot freaking wait for that! GG is the reason I started writing in the first place, and having my beloved show back on my TV again is a dream come true. One of my besties is coming to visit me for the weekend and we’re gonna have a slumber party with enough junk food to make Lorelai Gilmore green with envy. It might make us green, too, but for an entirely different reason. 😀 Enjoy your week, my friends!
